The games that came with the computer

Minesweeper, Solitaire, Snake, Breakout, Pong and Paint — free, in the browser, no download and no account. They are windows of DESIRES OS, a shop built as a computer from 2004.

Every folder on that desktop is a piece of clothing we made. See the folders.

• minesweeper.exe — Minesweeper: The 9×9 board with ten mines, the one that came free with every computer and quietly ate a decade of office hours.
• solitaire.exe — Solitaire: Klondike, draw one — the patience game that shipped with Windows to teach people how to drag a mouse, and stayed because it is genuinely good.
• snake.exe — Snake: The one from the phone with the monochrome screen.
• bricks.exe — Breakout: A paddle, a ball, and a wall that has to go.
• pong.exe — Pong: 1972, and still undefeated as the simplest good idea in games.
• paint.exe — Paint: Sixteen colours and four tools — the whole program that a generation learned to use a computer on.
